​Royal Greyhound will develop training solutions and train staff to multiple international certification standards. Training is a key to our Business Process Outsourcing services and there are synergies we can share with our clients when training their employees alongside BPO agents.  We distinguish between soft skills such as culture management and had skills such as health and safety.  We are passionate about teaching and customer service.
